Honeywell/National Instruments - Sensor Measurement Solutions
Overview
Honeywell, manufacturer of one of the most comprehensive lines of load, pressure, and torque sensors, and National Instruments, pioneer of LabVIEW and virtual instrumentation, are working together to provide a new generation of plug and play sensor systems to our customers. Honeywell sensors now support the RJ50 connection with embedded TEDS chip, which allows plug and play connection into National Instrument's 9237 C-Series data acquisition modules. Benefits include:
- Connect sensors to a PC via USB, ethernet, or wireless communication.
- Reduced installation and setup time, by eliminating need to review wiring diagrams, or worry about power source and load calibration data.
- Accurate/reliable readings by electronic calibration data loaded directly from TEDS, maintaining data integrity.

Pressure Sensors |
View our wide range of absolute, gage, and differential pressure transducers and transmitters, specializing in high pressure and flush diaphragm. Our range of products offer a capacity from 10 in of water [25 mBar] up to 150,000 psi [690 Bar], temperature measurements up to 220 °C [425 °C], and 1 psid wet/wet differential measurement that can withstand full line pressure up to 1500 psi. Miniature sizes and sub sea options are available to meet specific customer requirements.

Torque Sensors |

Sensor Solution Hardware |
The National Instruments 9237 simultaneous bridge module contains all the signal conditioning required to power and measure up to four bridge-based sensors simultaneously. The four RJ50 jacks provide direct connectivity to most torque or load cells and offer custom cable solutions with minimal tools. The high sampling rate and bandwith of the NI 9237 offer a high-quality, high-speed strain or load measurement system with zero interchannel phase delay.
